Drill powder sampling equipment BEG1

SOLD OUT

A clean job: chlorite sampling is child's play with the BEG1

Now that the pilot series of the drill powder sampling equipment has proven itself within the scope of the test series with selected customers, this innovative solution is available as a market-ready version to all users. Where the drill powder was previously vacuumed up, the BEG1 now uses a special drill developed by ourselves in-house and blows the test material out of the drill hole into a special collection container so that the sampling of concrete construction elements can take place cleanly and reliably. This novel principle, which does without hoses entirely, also simplifies the cleaning of the equipment.

You benefit from an uncomplicated solution which furthermore can be battery-driven and therefore used at any time in many areas. Possible setting-up times involving rolling out cable or other preparations are completely dispensed with. This equipment capitalises on its flexibility. Due to a special seal, rough substructures can also be drilled. As well as the drilling depth, the drilling direction can also be variably selected so that chlorite sampling is possible in virtually any position.

The BEG1 can therefore be used for taking samples of drill powder in various areas of engineering. Possible examples would be deployment in the following concrete building structures:

  • underground car parks
  • parking decks
  • bridges
  • tunnel

Irrespective of the site, the numerous advantages of the BEG1 are impressive:

  • variable and flexible in use
  • vertical, horizontal or angular drilling direction
  • depth stop with a scale of 0.50 to 6.0cm
  • maximum drilling depth up to 12 cm (with optional additional drill)
  • little cleaning effort required
  • the SDS drill shank means it can be used with all battery and mains powered hammer drills
